Moving you from where you are to where you want to be
Creative Solutions Begin with Connection
ABW Building Bridges is a collaborative sports family led by Alfred B. White. We are your connection to the sports world. We collaborate with athletics leaders and administrators to design unique solutions to reach their fans and grow their brand. We facilitate relationships to help companies establish themselves in the collegiate sports market and work to design partnerships that align values and goals.
Personable, Creative, Energetic
Hi, I’m Alfred White, better known as ABW to my friends. I’ve lived the dream, spending 40 years in intercollegiate and professional athletics administration. I’m a team builder, strategic planner, and implementer. But most of all, I’m a connector. I have built a sports family over these last four decades, and I thrive on developing collaborative partnerships that lead to meaningful progress.
Customized + Comprehensive Services
We’ve had to solve a lot of problems, manage a lot of shifts and change, and figure out how to win in business even when we weren’t winning on the field. We don’t want to claim we’ve seen it all, but … we’ve seen a lot! We hope our experiences can help inform your future decisions. Here are a few of the areas we could collaborate:
Sales, Marketing + Promotions
How do we cultivate the next generation of fans and season ticket holders? Could we benefit from a corporate hospitality program? Do we need to design a new premium seating program?
Media Rights Negotiations + Licensing
What are our live game, digital and other rights worth? What compliance issues do we need to consider? How do we maximize our value in negotiations?
Partnership Development + Management
What are our potential partners and what value do we bring one another? How do we grow and sustain each relationship? How much revenue do we need to generate from sponsors and partners?
Strategic Planning + Problem Solving
What is our big vision and what are the near-term steps we should take to get there? What new opportunities are on the horizon that we should consider?
